Work and Study in the UK


Earning as you study and work for two further years after graduation. ELA has found a great opportunity for all Nurses who would like to go to Study and Work in England in the UK.
What about this work-based Learning?
This full time degree programme is described as Work-based learning; that means that your placement is an integral part of the experiences preparation that will enable you to meet the learning outcomes. You will be placed as Carers which will give you the opportunity to gain the experience that is integral to your studies. You will need to log-in and attend for 17.5 hours of placement learning per week, for which you will be paid a placement allowance. This is generally around £5.80 per hour which is the national minimum wage in the UK, but you should confirm this with your placement provider.
The Student Visa Permits 20 hours paid work during term time but the University does not monitor or assess this. You must not work "overtime" during term time in order but may do so during the University vacations.



Requirements:
In order to be eligible for this programme you require:

* A degree in Nursing from recognised Filipino educational institution
* An appropriate English Language qualification. This would normally   be
IELTS minimum of 6.5 (With a minimum of 6.5 in reading and writing).
* A complete aapplication form (including two academic/vocational references)
* Verified copies of academic diplomas and certificates
* Academic Transcript.
* Copy of your valid passport.
* 3 passport photographs
